- Audit Tool Data: When you use the free SEO audit tool, we fetch publicly available product data from the submitted store URL. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our SEO optimization services
- Generate AI-powered product rewrites, alt text, tags, and SEO scores
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription
- Send you technical notices, updates, and support communications
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security measures including HMAC verification, API rate limiting, and encrypted credentials.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Shopify: To access and update your store product data (with your authorization)
- Anthropic (Claude AI): To generate SEO-optimized content. Product data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not stored by Anthropic.
- Stripe: To process subscription payments securely
- Supabase: For database hosting and authentication
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@listseo.app.
